If you need to cancel or reschedule
At present, cancellation and rescheduling requests are considered case by case. Please message us on WhatsApp as early as you can, and we’ll discuss the options with you.
To confirm: any notice period, rescheduling options or limits the studio wants to set.
If we need to change a class
If we need to reschedule or cancel a class, we’ll contact you directly using the details you gave when booking and discuss the options with you.
To confirm: what is offered when the studio cancels or reschedules, such as a new date or a refund.
